Yes , certainly , as all the Home Chefs go through a stringent curated process to become a Misrii Home chef and periodical checks are done by Misrii Ambassadors of their kitchens .
The flow is pretty simple.
  • Choose a preferred dish from the ones that show on your screen .
  • Check out to the cart with everything you wish to order .
  • Misrii picks up the items from the Home chef and delivers to you at your doorstep .
On Misrii mobile app , we make available many curated dishes made by very talented Home chefs , which include Mini-meals , Full meals , Desserts , Pickles ,and other home made food products .
Misrii currently operates in Jaipur , but will soon be available at other locations as well , .
There is no minimum order value.
We try to make sure that your order is delivered in the shortest possible time. However , stipulated time of delivery is always shown next to each dish , showcased by the Home Chef .
You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can do the same with in 90 seconds of making the payment . We deliver mostly to all locations in Jaipur , barring a few outer areas , as shown on the App.
Every location has different delivery charges which are waived off if you order above a specified minimum amount from the Home chef . The minimum charges and the delivery charges will be mentioned on the app and the checkout page.
Yes , you can change the address with in the stipulated permissible time of 4 hours before respective meal time .
Yes , all the details of the order including its present state is in Order History.
On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order. We will work with you to make sure you are not inconvenienced as a result of the delay.

We understand the value of your every purchase. Since some food items are specifically made to order , these are not re-usable . In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can contact us and we would be able to satisfy all your queries .

Misrii accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make payments using your credit and debit card or through net banking. Pay on Delivery option is also available.
Ordering is hassle free and convenient on the Misrii app. Get in touch with our customer support in case you want to initiate the process of refund. Mode of refund depends upon the mode of your payment.
We will initiate your refund process as soon you place your refund request. Your money will be refunded back within 2-7 days depending upon the mode of your payments.
A small upfront Registration Fee is charged , where by you will undergo a 2-step vetting process with our onboard chefs & Misrii team . You will receive a starter kit upon successful registration . A monthly subscription Fee there on , will enable you to start conducting your home based food service, with delivery , Marketing & other value added services. Contact

When user places an order, you will get an instant SMS with order details and an email notification. You can text the user to confirm for any specifics . Also when a buyer clicks contact Home chefs button and send a specific request in the My Taste box , you will get an SMS and email. You can text the user to check his requirements and serve accordingly.
Misrii has a dedicated Delivery service to your door step
Our customer base is growing rapidly and you will start to get orders once more users sign up
nearby your location. Hence relax and stay connected.
Meanwhile, we are promoting you on the social media and other modes of publicity .
Select your city in the home page and click search. In the results page you can select yourlocation/area and see the list of dishes offered. If you are looking for lunch or dinner select therespective buttons. You can use filters to search for your specific needs.
In the results page, you can also click Home Chefs View button on the top right to list all the cafes in your location.
You can make orders in the following ways
  1. Click the cart icon in any of the dish listed which will take to the order page
  2. Clicking the dish image will take you to the dish details. You can also place orders in this POP up
  3. Once you place an order, the home café contact details will be shared with you on email and
  4. Make sure you enter the correct delivery date and time before confirming your order
  5. Please note the delivery options while ordering. If it is only take away, you should contact the page by clicking the Order button SMS. Please contact the café to confirm your order requesthome chef and collect your food.
Please be noted the home chefs are not commercial like restaurants. They are just like your nebhourhood aunties and grandmas who are passionate about cooking and earning some extramoney .Sometimes they may get held up in other unavoidable priorities and may not be able to serve orders.
